You must be at least 16 years old to use Task Central. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Task Central is available for use by both individuals and organizations. By accessing or using Task Central, you confirm that you are either an individual or an authorized representative of an organization, and that you agree to comply with these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in prohibited activities.

When creating an account and subscribing to the Service, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for updating this information if any changes occur, particularly for payment purposes.

Your account is accessed using a magic link sent to the email address you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that the email address you provide is valid and that you have access to it.

To access Task Central, you must use the same email address for both registration and subscription. Using different email addresses for these purposes will prevent you from gaining access to the Service.

You agree not to: • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts. • Share your login details with others. • Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities.

Task Central offers various subscription plans, with details and pricing available on the homepage. You must select a plan and complete payment to access the Service.

All payments are processed exclusively through Lemon Squeezy, a third-party payment provider. By subscribing to the Service, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms and conditions and privacy policy.

An active subscription is required to access and use Task Central. If your subscription expires or is canceled, access to the Service will be revoked.

For monthly subscriptions, your plan will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.

We offer a 14-day refund period for all new subscriptions, provided that you have not accessed the Service within this period. By accessing the Service, you acknowledge that your right to a refund is waived. Refund requests must be submitted within the 14-day period by contacting hello@taskcentral.app. For one-time lifetime purchases, the plan remains valid for the lifetime of the Service, but at least for one year. If Task Central ceases operations within one year of purchase, affected users will retain access until the one-year mark. No refunds will be provided beyond what is specified in the Refund Policy.

All intellectual property rights in and to Task Central, including but not limited to software, design, logos, trademarks, and content, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Task Central.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Task Central solely for your personal or business task management purposes. This license does not include the right to: • Modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the software. • Create derivative works based on Task Central. • Copy, reproduce, or publicly display any content from Task Central without prior written consent.

Task Central does not claim ownership of any data fetched from your ClickUp account. Any ClickUp data retrieved and displayed within the Service remains the sole property of the user and/or ClickUp.
